When you are working towards your goals you will notice a few things. First you will notice that some tasks are easier to achieve than others, while on the other hand some tasks will take longer to achieve. Given this, four areas of my life that I started to develop a clearer purpose to is my academics, as I wind down on my academics I will take what I learned and utilize it in the workplace. For those still in college, I urge you to go to class! When you attend class, you develop a clearer understanding of the concepts to which you can then apply to your own life. While you’re at it, I urge you to also be on time. It is not a hard concept to understand but one that is important to understand. You should understand what the resources are that you have. When you begin to work on yourself, and find the resources that are accessible to you, you will be able to achieve more. 

Once you have taken the first steps to settle in, it’s important to start reaching out and socializing with your classmates. Building connections can make the college experience much more enjoyable and fulfilling. However, if you find that you don’t naturally click with your classmates, don’t worry there are plenty of other opportunities to find your community. Investing time in clubs and activities that align with your interests can lead to meaningful friendships and lasting memories. College passes by faster than you might expect, so make the most of every moment and dive fully into the experiences that come your way.

Your college journey is about more than just earning a degree it is a personal growth, building lasting connections, and preparing for the road ahead. By setting clear goals, attending classes, managing your time wisely, and taking advantage of the resources around you, you set yourself up for long-term success. At the same time, making the effort to socialize and get involved in activities you are passionate about will enrich your experience and create memories that stay with you long after graduation. Stay focused, stay engaged, and most importantly, enjoy the journey because it truly goes by faster than you think!
